How to Power on blade in UCS manager thorough command line
Recently, I encountered the issue I was unbale to login UCS manager in GUI.
Our requirement is power on one of the blade.
Follow the below steps:
> Make sure we know the server details like chassis and blade number.
For example here chassis number is 5 and blade 2
> Take a putty session of UCS manager.
> Run the below commands.
> scope server 5/2
> Show
show command it will help details of servers.
> power up
Power up ( it will help to power on associated server)
> power down
Power down ( it will help to power down associated server)
