This article describes how to troubleshooting the issue.
I'm facing the issue, when tried to login VDI machines getting the below error
Error: "The SAM database on the windows server does not have computer account for this workstation trust relationships"
Cause: Recently created new instant pool and not updated AD container information.
To resolve the issue, need to update correct AD container information.
Following the below steps:-
> Login horizion view administor page by using admin credentils.
> Go to desktop's and select which desktop are VM's provisioning.
> Edit settings of desktop pool and go to guest customization.
> Update the AD container information. (find the below example of AD container)
" OU=Pool 9,OU=Floating VMs,OU=VDI Workstations,OU=Global Systems"
> Click okay .
> Delete the existing all machines.
> it will create new machines as per policy.
> Now its resolving the issue.
