As part of troubleshooting process:-
> login SSH on esxi host
> Go to datastore on by using below command.
# cd /vmfs/volumes/"datastore"
# cd /vmfs/volumes//62207440-b9f03ee8-876yu-bcrty7912efec0/
> run the command # ls -ltrh
> As based on error, need to check this disk " TESTVM02_4-000001.vmdk"
> For collect the CID details, run the below commands
> # cat TESTVM02_4.vmdk
# Parent CID: d6a063b9
> # cat TESTVM02_4-000001.vmdk
> # vi TESTVM02_4-000001.vmdk
1. Following the process press I for insert and change the parent ID into here.
2. Once enter, ESC and :wq! (for saving the file)
> Now verify the descriptor file
> Verify whether parent CIDs have same CIDs, then go ahead and power ON the VMs. It works fine now
