HPE Superdome Flex 280 servers base_io issue

 

Recently built HPE Superdome Flex 280 servers and observed below error on ILO console and called as RMC also.

To resolve the issue, we need to login ILO console IP via putty session and run the below commands one by one. it will clear the alert.

Login to RMC

RMC cli> show indict

RMC cli> acquit physloc=FFFF04010XXXX

RMC cli> show indict

How to collect acquit physloc details

RMC cli> show indict

		  Cause: A fan is not running at normal speed. There may be
               something obstructing the airflow, a blocked fan or a fan failure.
		  Action: Check the enclosure for obstructions to airflow and ensure the 
		  fans are installed properly. If the problem persists, replace
               the fan. After replacing the faulty fan, perform an acquittal from the RMC
               command line.
