Certificate Manager tool do not
support vCenter HA systems.
When I started run the certificate tool command and getting this error.

Cause:-
VCSA is missing the /var/tmp/vmware
To resolve the issue, added the missing directory " mkdir /var/tmp/vmware "
> Login vCenter VM via putty session
> Create a directory .
> # mkdir /var/tmp/vmware

It says it already exists. Did not correct my issue on 7.0.3. Thanks.
