vxRail-Errors occurred on the disk(s) of a vSAN host

This article describes how to troubleshooting vSAN witness host disks issue. 

Error: Errors occurred on the disk(s) of a vSAN host.

I recently encountered the issue, snapshots are not able taking and VM level backup jobs are getting failed. And observed that disk was unhealthy in disk management under vSAN.

Cause: vSAN witness host disks are showing unhealthy. 

Troubleshooting steps:

> Place the witness host maintenance mode.

> Remove the witness host from Stretched cluster.

> Reboot the witness VM.

> Remove the witness host maintenance mode.

> Add witness host into cluster 

> Then, verified VM's backup jobs and able to take snapshots also.
