The connection to the remote computer timed out

  What is the VDI ?

Desktop virtualization is a software technology that separates the desktop environment and associated application software from the physical client device that is used to access it.

   Issue: User is not able to login to their VDI and getting the error " The connection to the remote computer timed out"

   As part of troubleshooting followed the below steps.

1. Logged into the connection server and verified the status.

2. All VDI's are showing Avaliiable state in CS.
3. Restarted user VDI from CS but no luck.
4. As per events on VDI, it shows a warning alert " The pending session on machine VDI for user XXX\XXXX has expired.
5. Rebooted Security servers and connections server (Make sure no user is connected to VDI).
6. Unassigned user from VDI and assigned admin account on VDI.
7. And back to reassign to user their VDI.
8. Now able to login user without issue.
